Notification of Major Interests in Shares
Pursuant to the obligation placed on us by LR6.6.7 of the Listing Rules, we advise that on 15 January 2007, the Company received notification that Allied Irish Banks plc and its subsidiaries has a notifiable interest in 2,329,290 ICG Units, representing 9.9% of the Company’s issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
