Notification of Substantial Shareholding

Pursuant to the obligation placed on us by LR6.6.7 of the Listing Rules, we advise that on 20th March 2007  the Company received notification that Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited has a notifiable interest in 2,090,860 ICG Units, representing 8.9% of the Company’s issued share capital.
