A listing application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and UK Listing Authority for a block listing of 900,000 ICG Units (comprising Ordinary Shares of 65 cent and Redeemable Shares of 0.01 cent). These will be admitted to the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange and the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the Irish Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange upon issue

These shares which will be allotted pursuant to the Company Share Option Plan will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares and Redeemable Shares.
