Notification of Substantial Shareholding

Pursuant to the obligation placed on us by paragraph 9.11 of the Listing Rules, we advise that on 7th December 2004, the Company received notification that Allied Irish Banks plc and its subsidiaries has a notifiable interest in 2,665,023 ICG Units, representing 11.4% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
