Notification of Major Interests in Shares
Pursuant to the obligation placed on us by LR6.6.7 of the Listing Rules, we advise
that on 2nd March 2006, the Company received notification that Allied Irish
Banks plc and its subsidiaries has a notifiable interest in 2,482,316 ICG
Units, representing 10.6% of the Company’s issued share capital, excluding
treasury shares.
