Notification of Major Interests in Shares
Pursuant to the obligation placed on us by LR6.6.7 of the Listing Rules, we advise that on 9 October 2006, the Company received notification that Allied Irish Banks plc and its subsidiaries has a notifiable interest in 2,080,645 ICG Units, representing 8.9% of the Company’s issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
