Notification of Substantial Shareholding

Pursuant to the obligation placed on us by LR6.6.7 of the Listing Rules, we advise that on 20th March 2007 the Company received notification that One Fifty One Capital Limited has a notifiable interest in 1,325,304 ICG Units, representing 5.6% of the Company’s issued share capital.
