Notification of Substantial Shareholding

Pursuant to the obligation placed on us by the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange, The Listing Rules of the UK Financial Services Authority  and the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007, we advise that on 26 November 2007  the Company received notification that Deutsche Bank AG and its subsidiary companies have a notifiable interest 1,473,782 ICG Units, representing 6.04% of the Company’s issued share capital.
