Notification of Substantial Shareholding

Pursuant to the obligation placed on us by paragraph 9.11 of the Listing Rules, we advise that the Company received notification that Schroder Investment Management Limited has a notifiable interest in 2,378,654 ICG Units, representing 9.8% of the Company's issued share capital.
